Hello and Welcome! My name is Jess Kilbourn Thank you so much for being here. I welcome you in ALL the ways you are showing up.
I have been faciltitating healing with the Ypsilanti Michigan community for over 27 years, as well as online.
My practice is inclusive and safe. Under all of our identities, labels and the baggage & burdens we carry, we are born, we breathe, our beautiful heart beats, our brain thinks, blood flows, muscles move, bones hold steady, while living complex, beautiful and amazing lives, as we journey toward our most sacred threshold, death. “It is not our differences that divide us, it is our inability to recognize, accept and celebrate those differences” (Audre Lorde). I see you and celebrate you, just as you are. I am not here to fix you but support you on your path. Your innate wisdom is radiant.

BODYWORK & Energy work offerings
Each session is unique. It is guided by your concerns and also by what your body is telling me it needs at the moment.
CranioSacral Therapy & SomatoEmotional Release
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, profound hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system. It is a light-touch, manual therapy that releases tensions, as well as restrictions deep in the body, especially in the nervous system.
Reiki (and Distance Reiki)
A beautiful energy healing technique. Reiki means the universal life-force energy. Offering Reiki is the art of activating, directing and applying this life-force energy to promote energy balancing, healing and maintenance of our well-ness and our innate whole-ness/holy-ness
Therapeutic Massage
Offering Myofascial and Neuromuscular techniques. These modalities focus on increased blood flow, lessening restriction and focused work on injuries or areas of concern.
Lymphatic Drainage (LDT)
The technique creates a vacuum for lymph to flow up toward the heart and be moved out toward the organs of elimination via gentle hands-on movements. LDT is a gentle technique that works through the body's interstitial and lymphatic system to activate the body liquid circulation and stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems.
