Jess is a life-long student and practitioner of yoga for nearly 30 years and has been particularly drawn to more restorative yoga practices during this time. She is a certified yoga nidra instructor and certified restorative yoga instructor with Ally Boothroyd + team at the School of Living Yoga. Jess recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with her mentor's at The School of Living Yoga and recently studied with Indu Arora to become a Shavasana Expert as well as completed Level 1 Yoga Nidra in March 2026 with her. She will begin a 50 hour Essential Ayurveda for Yoga Practitioners and a Mudra training with Indu this summer and fall and a Conscious Yin Yoga teacher certification this fall. A forever student Jess wishes to share her limited knowledge and experience to you! "The debt of learning and receiving knowledge is to share it" (Indu Arora).
Yoga is beyond the mat. Yoga is life. Yoga is here, right now. Connection to the Self. Is union, with body, mind, spirit and is connection to the all.

Not feeling good? If you are sick, please don't come to the studio. If you arrive and you are sick you will be kindly asked to leave. This is a very intimate space and keeping one another safe and healthy is such a beautiful way to show community care while we rest. There are no monetary refunds. In the case of illness, I would be happy for the practice to be transferred to a beloved who can come in your place or to reschedule for a practice when you are feeling better. Thanks for your understanding. If you have any concerns or questions just reach out.
"As soon as I sat down in the Yoga Nidra session with Jess, I felt a tingling in my body that told me that this space she was creating was sacred and transformative. I rested deeply despite being in the midst of a stressful week, and came away from it with renewed clarity on how to care for myself and be fully alive."
"I have never relaxed in a room full of so many others so quickly!! Which then led to such a beautiful emotional release. Thank you thank you thank you for doing what you do!!"
“Jess’s yoga nidra classes are cozy and relaxed and at the same time deep and powerful. The feeling is cozy but there is ample space to sink in to relaxation. Her teaching is infused with something for all of your senses. I leave feeling like my whole being has been infused with rest.”
